• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise.
• A confirmed order (written/email confirmation) constitutes a binding agreement.
• Custom-made products are non-cancellable once production has commenced.

5. Pricing & Taxation

• All quoted prices are exclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.
• Applicable GST and any levies will be charged as per prevailing government regulations.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice if raw material costs fluctuate significantly.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment terms shall be as specified in the respective quotation or purchase order.
• Advance payment may be required for new clients or custom orders.
• Delayed payments may attract interest at 18% per annum.
• We reserve the right to withhold dispatch until full payment is received.

7. Delivery & Risk Transfer

• Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
• Risk transfers to the buyer upon handing over goods to the transport carrier.
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
• Transit insurance, if required, must be arranged by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

8. Inspection & Claims

• The buyer must inspect goods within 48 hours of receipt.
• Manufacturing defect claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
• No claims will be entertained after goods have been altered, processed, or used.

9. Warranty

• Products are warranted for manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper handling, misuse, or incorrect installation.
• Our liability is limited to replacement or credit for defective goods at our sole discretion.

10. Returns & Cancellation

• Standard products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
• Custom/made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the goods are defective.

11. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:

• Use or inability to use the website
• Any errors or omissions in content
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in question.

• Technical drawings/specifications provided by customers remain their property and are treated confidentially.

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, raw material shortages, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
